Our Nutrition Services

Women's Health

Women have specific needs and face unique challenges that require specialized attention. We specialize in helping women achieve optimal wellness through hormone balance, blood sugar management, heart health, digestive health, weight management, and bone health. Together, we create a personalized nutrition plan that aligns with our clients’ lifestyles, specific nutrient needs, and short and long-term goals.

Fertility & Prenatal Nutrition

Nutrition is crucial for preconception and prenatal health. We assist our clients who are trying to conceive by helping them increase egg quality and manage reproductive hormones. Then, we work with our pregnant clients to ensure they consume the necessary nutrients for the baby’s development. We help to manage pregnancy side effects and address specific dietary requirements.

Postpartum & New Moms

Nutrition is essential for postpartum recovery, and we support new moms as they navigate the challenges of caring for a newborn. We work on easy-to-eat meals and snacks, hydration, and ensuring our moms meet their postpartum nutrient needs. We provide a personalized approach to recovery that helps a mom feel better than ever!

Performance Nutrition

We work with athletes to enhance their performance by customizing nutrition plans that meet their unique energy, nutrient, and hydration needs. We evaluate individual requirements based on the athlete’s training intensity, schedule, and body composition goals. We assist athletes in maximizing their performance and maintaining long-term health by providing tailored advice on pre-game fueling, recovery nutrition, and overall dietary strategies.

Thriving Mom's Club

This is our FREE private Facebook community that offers weekly recipes, nutrition, movement goals, and support from fellow moms. We want to empower moms with the knowledge and tools to make informed nutritional choices, fostering a healthier and happier family environment. We also host monthly workshops.

Community Education

Time to Thrive Nutrition offers educational presentations aimed at helping community members understand the significance of a balanced diet, the role of nutrition in maintaining good health and providing practical tips for making healthier food choices. These presentations can be conducted in person or virtually, and we offer a variety of topics to choose from.

Our Approach

Holly is on a mission to empower women to live a life they love, whether they are eager to grow their family, raise and feed their children, thrive in their own successes or race a personal record.

What We Stand For

Time to Thrive Nutrition was created when Holly saw the need for a women’s focused nutrition practice. Young girls and women have unique needs and challenges that deserve special attention. As an active mom to two IVF babies, she knows, firsthand, the role nutrition plays in fertility, pregnancy, motherhood, and exercise.
